This year was Mason's last year in Preschool!!  *tear*  My kids are growing up too fast!  Mason THRIVED this year in preschool!  I was a little bit nervous for him at the begining of the year because his first year he was in with Ronan and seemed to parrot his older brother.  I wasn't sure how being on his own would be for him.  But as usual, my guy amazes me!  Mason flourished and came out of his little shell so much this year!  He was a completely different kid all year.  His participation was through the roof, singing, dancing, socializing, artistic, academic!  I was floored!  He is quite the popular kid as well!  I love it!!  At the end of each year they do a big production at the Abby Arts Center.  The preschool, Creative Edge School of Arts is also a drama, dance and music school.  I was so nervous for Mason being up on that big stage without his big brother to hold his hand like last year.  But he came out on stage and performed like a star!  I wanted to cry I was so proud of him!!!!

Sooooooooo precious!!!

I can't believe that the school year is coming to an end!  It has been so much fun watching Ronan go through Kindergarten and seeing all the changes that he has gone through!  I love it!!  But as usual, it also makes my heart ache!  He is getting so grown up and independent.  He was pretty excited for sports day and of course did a great job at each station!!
Waiting patiently for his turn in a relay!
Look at that form!!  haha
The look of determination!
I'm pretty sure this was his favourite station!  Freezies!!  And they were JUMBO!!
Go team RED!!!  What a stud!

Today marks the day that I was able to see into the future and actually watch my grocery budget deplete before my eyes.  Boys.  Need I say more?!  Ronan and Mason requested "3 high sandwiches" today.  I wasn't sure if they would finish them or not, but these babies got devoured in a matter of minutes!!  Even Ronan's who doesn't typically like PB&J!  Thank goodness this is a rare treat.

I had way too much fun with the theme for Summer's 2nd!  I struggled at first deciding what I was going to do for her, but then one morning for breakfast we were having a yummy fruit smoothie.  She came upstairs with a small tea cup from her kitchen set and wanted me to serve her smoothie in that.  She sat there with this tiny cup taking small sips and *poof* the idea came to me!!  I have seen the idea done before but never thought of it for her 2nd until that moment.  SO CUTE!!  Everything was miniature and so much fun!!  It turned out really great!  Eeeeeeeek!
The invitations were about 2 x 3 inches, I made special envelopes for them and mailed them in a regular sized envelope.

I had hoped that I could fill the mini balloons with helium, but apparently that doesn't work, so I made balloon bouqets!!  Still turned out pretty cute!  (Oh, and I stole the table from the nursery!!  Shhhh!)
The door always has to have some decor!
Most of the food was mini, I did serve some regular sized stuff for the adults at the party.
Mini tomatoes and cucumbers!!  My kids devour mini cucumbers like there's no tomorrow!
I cut weiners in half and served them on small dinner rolls!!  Perfect size for all these two year olds!
I made mini chocolate dipped apples for hand outs...which I then forgot to hand out.  There's always something!!
The party guests got mini cupcakes, but I made Summer her own mini two tier cake!
I had some "mini" games for the kids to play!
The birthday girl!  I can't believe she is TWO!!
She loved her party hat!
The party was pretty relaxed.  We blew bubbles and just played outside for awhile.  It was perfect!

Summer had been singing "Happy Birthday" to herself for about 2 weeks!!  She was SOOOOO happy when she realized that everyone was singing it to her and that she got to blow out candles!
She was very happy to share with her cousin Kallie!
My little babe, post party, enjoying a chocolate dipped apple.  *squish*  I love this girl more than words can tell.  I am so happy and blessed to have her in my life.  She is so sweet and such a joy to have around!

The end of the season!  This season went by REALLY fast!  About half of Ronan's games were rained out unfortunately.  But what can you do??  The team had a small get-together at the field where they were given their medals and also their portraits and team photos.  They also had some yummy treats and fun times at the playground.  It was a great season!

This year the city revamped the spray park at Mill Lake.  The old one was decent, but I guess it was time for an up grade.  This new one is pretty cute and the spray is a little more tame, I guess.  We visited it a couple time this summer.  The kids are usually off and on about spray parks.  Sometimes it's the best time they've had, others...not so much.
Today they had a good time and got nice and wet!
Ronan and Mason especially like the squirters!
Summer fell and scraped her knees a bit, and of course she had to put on Mason's vacant crocs!
After awhile Ronan got bored and came to hang out with Summer.  I love watching my kids socialize with each other.  They are so sweet and I love them so much!!
